Restoring a Culture of Life: Banquet 2023

I’ve been involved in supporting the Options for Women pro-life pregnancy resource center since 2017. I believe it’s extremely important to provide support resources to expectant mothers who may otherwise hopelessly feel they have no alternative but to abort their unborn children. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact this ministry has on many young mothers (and dads).

Each year, Options for Women holds a terrific fundraiser banquet that features a powerful and entertaining keynote speaker, and an evening filled with fellowship with like minded, pro-life individuals from around the State.

As a Christian ministry, we strive to witness God’s love to each and every visitor who walks through the door. Sometimes we have the blessing of praying with a struggling mother or having a beautiful conversation about Faith. Even when there is no direct opening for outward ministry, we always pray for our clients, bringing them and their situations to the One with all the wisdom, power, and love they will ever need, asking Him to be present in their lives. There is ‘something different’ about Options for Women River Falls from the moment you walk through the door. That is the Lord’s presence. Options for Women River Falls is a ministry of God’s presence, bringing His love in real ways to those we serve.

This years spring banquet will be Tuesday evening, May 23rd and located at the new incredible space of the Tattersall Event Center in River Falls. In addition to a new venue we will be having special keynote speaker Seth Gruber with us. Seth is a sought after national pro-life speaker, motivating and encouraging his audiences to continue to engage in our culture and to fight for the most innocent among us.

Keynote Speaker Seth Gruber

The keynote speaker features dynamic pro-life activist Seth Gruber. The son of a pregnancy resource center director, Seth Gruber was raised in the pro-life movement and has been speaking publicly on behalf of unborn children since the age of 19.

First gaining exposure during his college years, Seth founded and directed the Students for Life Club at Westmont College, a Christian liberal arts institution. While there, he conducted educational displays on campus to challenge the institution for their refusal to take a formal position on abortion. During the summer, Seth interned with a pro-life organization in Southern California, where he helped coordinate and conduct educational displays at over 10 universities and engaged with thousands of students on the topic of abortion. Upon graduation, Seth joined Life Training Institute as a pro-life speaker. He is now a nationally renowned speaker for life, the founder and president of The White Rose Resistance, and the host of the popular podcast “UnAborted.”

A compelling and passionate voice for the unborn, Seth Gruber is reaching all generations and is helping change the way that our country thinks about and responds to the evil of abortion.
